If your piece is personalizable, you'll find a section right on this page to upload your photo, before adding it to your cart.
Does shipping cost anything?
No, it's on us. Every piece includes free standard shipping, and if you'd like it sooner, you can choose express shipping at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Personalized pieces are prepared in 3–4 days, and non-personalized pieces in 2 business days. Shipping time after that depends on the service you choose at checkout.
What material are the pieces made of?
Certified Premium Silver with rhodium and 18k gold plating, made to stay close to you for a long time.
To care for it: Avoid water, perfume, lotion, and alcohol, and close your locket gently without forcing the clasp, so it stays with you for a long time.
Can I return it?
For personalized necklaces: Since it's made just for you, exchanges and returns don't apply — but you're always covered by our manufacturer's defect warranty.
For non-personalized necklaces: Yes, within the first 7 calendar days after delivery, as long as it arrives unused and undamaged.
